Yannick Radermacher

Yannick Radermacher, who holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve, is an accomplished financial leader with varied experience in the banking sector.

His professional career began at Huxley Associates, an international recruitment firm, where he carried out recruitment assignments in the private banking sector. He then joined ING Luxembourg, where he held key positions, including Relationship Manager Mid-Corporate Clients and Director - Head of Corporate Sector Coverage & Real Estate Finance. This allowed him to work closely with major economic players in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, assisting them in navigating their daily needs and developing strategies for their long-term projects.

Speaking five languages, Yannick is a valuable asset in an international context. His commitment to excellence and strategic vision make him a recognized leader in his field.

As a keen rugby player, photographer and father of two, Yannick shares our vision of innovation and continuous improvement in efficiency.

In April 2024, Yannick joined our Group as the new CFO, bringing new drive to our financial digitization strategy.
